Bada Hanuman Mandir  is also known as Langoorwala Hanuman Mandir

It is situated at the northwestern corner of the Durgiana Temple complex. The temple is open to visitors throughout the week,and its proximity to Durgiana Temple makes it a key pilgrimage site.

The temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman and holds great religious significance.

Luv and Kush, the twin sons of Lord Rama and Sita, captured the ceremonial horseduring the yagna

A battle took place where Luv and Kush tied Hanuman to a tree, and the temple is believed to be built on that very site.

The temple features a unique reclining idol of Lord Hanuman, a rare depiction.

It is one of only two temples with a seated Hnuman idol, the other being in Hanuman Gari, Ayodhya.

A special ritual called the "Langoor      Dance" is performed by devotees, especially children dressed as      monkeys.
